I am going to rant.

I feel that a rant is necessary. It is on the simple subject of pasta. Pasta is the easiest thing to make in the world. Really. It is. There is no doubt about it. It is the lazy person’s godsend. So please tell me why oh why, these things exist. 

A pasta bake. Because it is so much effort to put pasta in boiling water and wait for 10 minutes while grating some cheese. Fancy something a little more challenging? Add something else because anything will go in. But really. It’s a fraction of the crazy price, it’s not got nasty additives and it’s easy so stop being a lazy arse and cook real food.
